Awful customer service

<p>I've been a loyal customer of The brow bar in Clearwater mall for the past 2 years, and when I heard that the Menlyn store was opening (3 weeks ago), I went and got my brows and face threaded there. When I went in this afternoon at 4:35 to get it done again, I asked the receptionist who she recomended to shape my brows as three weeks ago the brow the****** only cleaned up around them and didnt shape them nicely as they always do. She got such an ugly look on her face and told me "there is nothing we can do for you here, you should go away and let your brows grow out before you come back again." I did not expect such terrible service, this receptionist is definately does not a promote The Brow Bar's image.</p>
