MICROBLADING / PERMANENT MAKEUP - DON'T USE 'THE BROW AND BEAUTY BOUTIQUE' - ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Went to THE BROW AND BEAUTY BOUTIQUE (which is ONE lady called NATALIE who does it from her home)... to get MICROBLADING done... </p> <p> </p> <p>From the start I was alittle irritated because she cancelled my first appointment when I was almost at her house in Benoni.. which was far for me to travel.. I then understood and made another appointment and went to see her...</p> <p> </p> <p>At first I was extremely happy because my eyebrows looked fuller and the colour popped out... THEN the healing process began and they started turning BLUE in colour . I contacted NATALIE (which isn't easy let me tell you) and she said it was perfectly normal, its called SILVER SKIN! I googled Silver Skin and only TATTOO Parlours came up. It confused me because I didn't get a tattoo.. I went for Microblading..</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyhow, i trusted her and waited until I healed as she said I should!! Once I "healed" .. I booked another appointment with her which she had to cancel again last minute because of Family Issues.. I understood again and was very humble towards her! She said she would sms me and never did.. I went away on holiday and when I got back I whatsapped her which she ignored.. I lost my cool with her abit and she said she didn't get my whatsapp message.. UMMMM.. You know the ticks turn blue on whatsapp when its read right????</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyways.. after getting another appointment with her... I went for a touch up which was free as it was part of her "SPECIAL" and I decided to get my TOP and BOTTOM Liner done by her as well!!!!... If i had only known what I wa getting myself into!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After the second time around, my eyebrows looked great because the colour POPPED OUT once again!! But then I started to heal again and it went TATTOO BLUE! There is NO HAIR LIKE STROKES. There is a SOLID BLUE LINE on my eyebrows that looks like a tattoo! Does not look like hair AT ALL! IT LOOKS TERRIBLE!!!!!! One line from from one end to another! I have shown other Professional Make-Up artists and they all say its NOT Microblading. I really don't think she knows what she is doing!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been 3 months and its faded only alittle and is still BLUE. I have 2 solid BLUE LINES ON MY BROWS and now have to go and pay someone else because she has written me off as a client and refuses to pay me back because "I **** ABOUT HOW I HEALED"... Ok Natalie.. If i **** about not following your instructions properly then WHY ARE MY BROWS BLUE, I DIDN'T even wet them! If I knew there was a 1% chance they would turn blue I would have NEVER gotten them done by you!! WHY DONT I HAVE ANY TOP AND BOTTOM LINER ON MY EYES AS WELL!! NON EXISTENT LINES!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is my friend going through the EXACT SAME thing with you??? Did BOTH OF US NOT FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS properly! I have seen all the reviews on your site and on Facebook and its disgusting how someone with their own business can do this to another person! Ignoring messages, cancelling appointments, not caring AT ALL what your pays for!!!! This is our FACE you are playing with!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid:</p> <p>R1400.00 (Microblading) - which was a special apparently! </p> <p>R750.00 (Top Liner)</p> <p>R750.00 (Bottom Liner)</p> <p>What a waste of money!</p> <p> </p> <p>Alas.. I went to see a lawyer regarding all this to try and get my money back and after numerous attempts to get our letters to her WHICH SHE IGNORED... I then had to go to small claims court which I did.. But overall decided to drop the case because GOD SEE'S EVERYTHING! Her day will come! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for teaching us a good lesson NATALIE!! Not to trust perfect photos on Instagram which come from GOOGLE...</p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope all your dreams and wishes come true!!</p> <p> </p>
