The refund arrangements

Dear hellopeter I need your help I am really dissapointed on this ******* named Reginald(Abuti WA diChipi) from Phuthaditjhaba.There is a travel agency(The Brother's tour) they are a bunch of ****** *****ing people's money and ignoring them

We were supposed to go with him to Durban on the 26th August 2022 but he had stories regarding the bookings,he dissapointed us...he promised us to get our refunds,approximately +R18 000.It's been three weeks now and the ******* doesn't respond to our texts,he even blocked our phone calls. Please help us locate him...
