The Brokerage: An Insurance Broker is ridiculously poor do not jse

The Brokerage is our body corporate broker for Villa D Alegria and their service has been poor to say the least together with CIA Building Insurance Specialists. The turnaround times on claims is so slow with my ceiling caving in and lights not having worked for the last 3 weeks, they have still not settled this. I recommd all body corporates and individuals not to use them and CIA.
