No delivery, no refund, no shoes.

Purchased two pairs of shoes from The Broke Uncles_ZA. I opted for the lay buy option, paying R2100 over 3 months for a total of R6300.

Last payment was made on the 28th of November to which they advised all payments were received and the shoes would be sent out. On the second of December they advised they would be shipping them out before end of business and I will receive a waybill. I followed up on the 6th of December and received the same response that I will receive a waybill number soon. I followed up again on the 11th and 13th of December and they advised I should receive my shoes the latest the following Tuesday the 20th of December.

They are still unable to provide me with a waybill and are stating the last batch of shoes only went out on the 21st of December. Since the 20th I have been asking for my money back because clearly these shoes have not been sent and probably will never be sent. He has advised me I will not be getting a refund as it was a lay buy and if they were to refund me it would only be a percentage. They are ignoring my messages and phone calls. They cannot provide me with any details regarding the delivery and I’ve obviously lost out on R6300.
