ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE
I have used this company 3 years ago and bought 2 pairs of Dr Martins that is why I have made contact with this company 3 weeks ago and placed another order and paid in full. .....To date I have not received my order or any info when I will receive it. They keep on advising me that they waiting for stock and then stock has arrived but again where is my order?????......if they knew they did not have any stock why take my money ??? if I do not receive any feedback from them by Tomorrow 20th June I will have to take this matter further. This is absolutely appalling service from a South African company. My advise is to clients find out if they have stock and then order....I will not recommend buying or supporting this company.

21 Jun 2025, 09:50Today is the 21st June .....I have sent them numerous messages via WhatsApp and the just ignore my messages with no response. I am contacting my lawyer on Monday to get a refund. the worst online company ever. Be warned do not order from this company.

23 Jul 2025, 12:07Today is the 23rd July. We have made contact with this company on the 7th July to ask what is happening with my order that was placed on the 30th May 2025 and fully paid for and now seeing that they are ignoring all communication from me. They advised telephonically that they in the process of receiving stock and will advise regarding my order. We spoke to a guy his name is Sam. Well needless to say to date NOTHING !!! BUT they are advertising and posting photos on Instagram that NEW stock has arrived...???? is it all just a **** and **** ???

Today is the 23rd July. 16 Sept 2025, 14:33Today is the 16th September and yet nothing. No reply,they have blocked all my comments on Facebook and blocked me on Whatsapp. it is an absolute disgrace. I have now send another message on Whatsapp telling them i am now done waiting. I will open a case of theft on 19th Sep if i do not receive any response. I will not let anybody ***** my money and get away with it.

They are trying to sell the company for R250k and on facebook posted on the 17th Feb they advise that due to a break in all their stock and laybuy stock has been ******. they using this as an excuse not to send any orders or to refund clients. BE CAREFULL THEY ARE ****MERS !!!
