1 year later and still no boots

Made payment for 2 pairs of boots last year on Black Friday specials. Still to this day have not received an invoice, an update or an option for a refund for the boots I paid for.

The times they have come back to me they say they will send waybill number the next day, but I have never received anything.

Please send my boots or give the refund
