Stay away - Worst attitudes and repayments are a problem

Might be a good looking and promising venue, BUT management is the worst. Firstly they almost never respond to emails, we battled the whole time through the planning of the wedding for correspondence from them, 2 weeks before our wedding we told the venue owner and his wife we will confirm the final guests by noon on Sunday, the owner stated no please don’t worry about that as we will sort it out 2 weeks before our wedding on the final meeting, we were so shocked because it was our final meeting so she even forgot when our date was. On top of the owners chased away the photographer because they stated she was in the way? Really? We even paid for them to have meals etc, they don’t want to refund us the breakage deposit, mains was served an hour later than schedule and on top of that the food was not good! They are miserable and have total ****ty attitudes. On top of that, every meeting we had the owner never updated her notes so every meeting we had to run over the same arrangements! There iare so many more things that went wrong but I’ll type my fingers off! Please don’t go through the same problems we did, rather just stay away
