Avoid The Bridal Stuff bridal accessory online retailer at all costs

I would just like to advise against doing business with The Bridal Stuff (Suriya Munchund) – an online retailer selling bridal accessories, etc. The service is appalling. I had requested a specific delivery date and this date was then pushed out twice by Suriya with no proper communication. If I did not follow up on the status of my order, nothing would have been communicated to me from her side. Pushed out delivery dates were blamed on the courier companies. When my package finally arrived, I opened it up to realise that some items had the wrong colour printed and embroidered on them as to what I clearly requested. No message from Suriya to ask if I received my package and I then sent her a WhatsApp to convey my dissatisfaction at what I had eventually received. She then blocked me from WhatsApp, did not answer my phone calls and did not reply to my email. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THE BRIDAL STUFF AND SURIYA MUNCHUND.
