Rochelle owner of the bridal secret - lair and a *****

I Got Married the 06.05.2022 and hired my dress at the bridal secret from Rochelle, I accidently made a wrong payment to her a week before my wedding, she said se will refund after my wedding.

But to this date there is still a balance outstanding which she owes me, she does not respond to any text messages or any correspondence. she keeps on coming up with very emotional excuses why she cannot pay it's more than a year later and she has still not made an effort to refund me my money.
