Worst brick factory

I bought paving brick on 17 November 2016 and they promised to deliver on 24 Nov 2016. the bricks was never delivered every time i phone them they give me excuses. Now they don't even answer my calls and never refund me as they promised to do so. Seems that they are willing to take money but cant deliver. I will try my best to avoid them in the future and advise everyone to do the same, very poor customer service.
