TBF cares about its reputation & customers

I also ordered paving bricks, paid for them and received various excuses for a month for non-delivery. Chantal seemed genuinely concerned for our problem, but still no action. I then read Hellopeter reports and thought I was being ****med. I immediately wrote a very detailed letter to TBF with all my concerns giving them the option to clarify their position. Within seconds I was called by David, from his cell to my cell. He was extremely distrought about the letter and concerned about the Hellopeter reports which he was unaware of. He read the reports and explained the situations of the other customers, both situations had already been dealt with to the customers satisfaction. I accepted Davids reasons and awaited the promised 2 part delivery scheduled for the next 2 days. The next day came and so did a huge truck with my FULL order in one load ! Not only were the bricks neat and tidy and effeciently delivered, but David also sent me higher grade bricks than ordered (and he absorbed the higher cost) to prevent further delays. He accepted that they had internal stock issues and promised to address the communication problems experienced. I will buy there again. Thanks David & Chantal
