Bad Service and Endless promises

<p>I bought 20000 bricks from The Brick Factory in 29 October 2016 and they promised to deliver is the following week. After a month I called to follow up and they said they are having problems with the plant. and will be sorted end of December and my bricks will be delivered in January. I called and January and they kept on promising and promising. down in March, i could not take it, i demended My money back and still they could not refund me and David kept on stating that they are waiting for some funds to clear from the bank and it was excuses after excuses. I then inloved legal actions and Cuonsumer protection to interven after I saw that they are not responding. David is either in endless meeting or he'll call again and he does not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ended up going there and he did not pitch. I'm still waiting for him to deliver my bricks up to now. He has chowed the money and I bet the people he is outsourcing from are even tired of him and maybe he is even owing them too. Please do not buy from The Brick Factory, they are not making bricks, they are buying them from other manufactures and are acting as distributors. This David guy is bad for business and does not care about customers at all but himself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sitting here stressed with a project that should have been done by January with everything already bought but the bricks. I regret buying from The Brick Factory and curse the day I picked up my phone to request business with them.</p>
