Shocking Service

On the 23 February 2015 my family and i won a meal voucher awarded to us upon signing as a new member at the Emerald casino. I enquired as to the trading hours and was told business closes at 05h00 on weekdays and 00h00 over weekends. On the 27 February we decided to take the kids for supper and drove from PTA to the restaurant. Upon arrival at 16h00 we were told that they were closed for business. The manageress Justine was arrogant displayed no client/ customer service simply told us she could not help without even appolizing. Her behaviour is disgusting. Is this the service Breeze restaurant boasts about. If you do then you really need to screen your staff to ensure they are doing the right thing.....
