Swearing infront of customers

I was just getting myself breakfast at the Sandton branch. The manager was shouting at a staff member. She was swearing as well. It made it so uncomfortable to buy there. There is way to discipline staff by just talking to them instead of screaming & swearing at people like they are animals. If they treat people like that, I can't imagine how the food is handled, probably with no care as well.
