BAD SERVICE, CAKE NOT MADE WHEN I CAME TO COLLECT

I put my cake order on the 17th OCTOBER and paid for it on the same day and I told Panos I will collect it on the 24th October . I called on the 23rd October to confirm if the cake will be ready for collection on the 24th October, the guy I spoke to at the Sandton branch said yes it will be ready by 10AM when you collect it.<br> <br> on the 24th of October at 5pm when I got to the Sandton Bread basket to collect the cake it was NOT there. The \manager"who was there called the factory to ask about the cake"
