Bad attitude

I bought \custard tarts"at the parkview brach of The Bread Basketbon thursday 30/4. It was old and tated like fridge and was full of hard lumps and the outside was dry. I went to see the owner on Saturday to bring under his attention to avoid this to happen to other customers. He was rude and said they bake it fresh everyday. Even his wife had a mouthfull to say. I would not go to all the trouble if that was not my experience. So sad that shop owners think they can not be wrong and thats it ok to sell \""off\"" cakes. """
