Poor service

We took my daughter out for a birthday dinner this evening. When we were seated the upstairs area was full of smoke. The service was absolutely non existent. I had 2 twice go downstairs to get my own accompaniments and water for the table after requests were simply ignored or forgotten. The pizza was tasty enough at the time of eating but a short while after it was evident that they use baking powder as our tongues had that horrible baking powder after taste. Granted there was load shedding this evening but a plan should have been made to accommodate patrons trying to enjoy a night out. The meal took well over an hour to arrive. A salad was offered whilst we waited and was a measly side salad charged at full price of R90, another *******. We are upsold and charged full price whilst inconveniently waiting over an hour for the meal to arrive. We certainly won't be going back in a hurry.
