Reward not been paid

I am still having a problem with the brand Surgeon. Before they used to be so good when coming to rewards or payouts. Now you have to wait for more than a week or a month and they take forever to respond when you quiry about payment. I did a survey last week Tuesday I was told I will get an email even now. I am not even sure if they will pay or not. They are nolonger responding
