False pretence for survey
I am totally annoyed. On 11 October 2022 Hellen called me and supposedly did her assessment and due diligence to see if I qualified for a survey. I did not hide anything and I was very open and honest. Later on Anouya sent me an email with a link to complete the survey and I took timer out of my bust work schedule to complete it to the best of my ability. I was then called and advised that the client will call to verify and after that I would be paid the R500.00 that I had been promised to complete the survey. Their client never called, Brand Surgeon never then got back to me at all. I am just annoyed that they should have been open and not wasted my time under false pretences. They should be honest in their dealings.

18 Nov 2022, 16:20Hi Shupri. I have just tried to call you to resolve this. In 20 years, we have never NOT paid a respondent. As mentioned, the client tried many times to verify your information but was unable to get hold of you and thus we could not include your survey.
When I called you, you shouted at me and then put down the phone - which is a pity! We could've asked the client to pay you or found another project or way around this had you stopped and listened!

When I returned the same energy you then started screaming at me as to why I was raising my voice. I couldn't then listen to your vitriol at all. You are highly unprofessional , and I will keep giving my reviews when I get negative vibes from companies. You must appreciate that I start off by contacting the company before I write reviews. When the companies don't act on the issue I am then left with no option except to write a review . I did the same when I wrote to Anouya and there was never a response. You say that the company tried to call me, where is the proof? Why didn't you then alert me that the company tried to call you? What a pity that you have been caught out !!!!!!!!
