Serious **** service from The Brand Machine

About 16 days ago I went on social media to look for someone who does frosted windows. Frida immediately contacted me through Facebook and a few days after Abrie (the owner) was send to do the measurements of the windows. I actually had to follow up on the quote (Red light #1) but when I did receive it, I paid the deposit within 3 minutes. Then I had to start running after them to get a date of installation. Eventually I got an email stating they will install the Thursday of Friday. Friday afternoon their team pitch up and started to do the work. Alongside the quote I also ordered a sign board and a memorial board. The installer informed me Abrie measured the board to big and he will phone Abrie but the board won't be going up that day. I waited for Abries call (NOTHING). They finished the windows and i was told they will leave the top tape on untill Monday. Upon arrival Saturday the tape was removed by them and the vinyl was full of tears and bubbles.

I took pictures and send it to Frida who told me they will contact me. By Sunday evening I was not contacted once (not regarding the board or the signs)) so as a company owner I send them a email with my disappointment.

Suddenly Frida starts to send me WhatsApp telling me about how unfair I am and about being a bad Christian. I immediately start to take her on her statements which she then through the conversation realized she overstepped professional boundaries. She apologised.

On Monday I was informed Abrie is removing all the windows branding and refuse the fix it. The same time Frida promises over WhatsApp they will fix it on Tuesday. On Tuesday night I am informed over email Abrie refuses to fix his mess and wants to refund my whole amount. I then email him on this request.

Then HE THE BUSINESS OWNER ASKS ME WHAT THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT WAS THAT HE INVOICED.?!?!!?!

So today I went to the new practice and saw the windows is covered in some kind of glue all the windows are in a serious bad mess.

I had to email him now again. I have all the WhatsApp and emails as proof if anyone needs to see it please email me on **********

I would also like to add, due to their mess we had to reschedule our opening twice and miss out on a magazine interview.
