The braai maestro sells **** Hennessy

They need to take a crash course on customer service… starting with the owner, all the way down to the the staff. Arrogance seems to be the theme of the establishment, with a very low standard.

I’m asking myself how long they’ve been selling **** Hennessy to their clients… and even worse, at a price that is not on the menu. Why are they making clients pay more than what is on the menu? For ****? For an imitation? Does the consumer ombudsman know about this? I doubt!

The level of arrogance in that establishment is way too much for a place that doesn’t even have proper toilets separating men from women. They are putting people at risk with men and women using the same set of 2 toilets, intoxicated people at that.

Also, ****roaches?? 😳 I wouldn’t have eaten their food had I known before… yet another issue that a health inspector should look into. It’s just unfortunate for me that I couldn’t take a picture 🤔.

Instead of wasting their energy being arrogant to customers, maybe use it on fixing their issues.
