Terrible service

I went for Bra Guru's Professional Bra Fitting Service which they recommend. After fitting, I bought a bra with the approval from their bra fitter. I put the bra on in the shop and left for Limpopo. On my way I started feeling uncomfortable because the underwire was halfway and not up to the end. I felt pain from the two sides of my breasts and between the breasts from the *****ing wire. I called them the following day and they suggested that when I come back to Gauteng I should bring the bra for either exchange, refitting or altering. Yesterday I went in and they fitted me the bra that they ordered specially for me. When I was just about to leave the shop the lady who helped me said I should take off the bra because her boss said I can't exchange, meaning she's changed her mind. I was so sad and went back into the fitting room to take off the bra.They said they can patch the bra on the side with some reddish spongy material and I refused and asked them to take it to the factory as it's a factory fault. How can I buy a bra for R1499 to have its wire patched so untidily?
