Lack of managerial skills - The Box Woodmead

We were at this store yesterday...intention to swop a pair of sneakers for another due to incorrect size and pay the additional cost as well as buy a new pair of sneakers. Staff were very helpful but manager refused as his books will not tally correctly at month end. We took the original receipt as well as the boxed sneakers...we also had pictures if other barcoded boxes on hand to make process easier but were advised to return to store again with the remaining pairs of actual sneakers ....

The manager explained the exchange process wil now take 20 minutes longer and therefore his staff cannot assist us...the store had only 1 customer stil shopping ...please look at footage at 15.15 ( yesterday)on 23rd November 2023.

Rating is a 2 since other staff are amazing and very helpful but manager does not even address his staff with people skills in front of his customers

Please send your Manager to retrain as manager before you loose further customers.
