Not happy with the service

So frustrating that I can not rent a movie on my own because it keep on saying the service is temporary unavailable, and it's been saying this for the past 2 months now. When I call, I get to speak with different consultants which every time give me different solutions. One of them told me box office and catch up box not working and it *** because we using catch up. I'm not happy with the service because they can not resolved this problem and it's been too long now .
