Last month i rented a movie on my account and the message pop-up that i could watch the movie. and one day later the movie that i rented it was not showing under box office.

and end of april 2020 i had to pay more money because of the movie that i did not even watch.

i called their customer line and they told me that the money will be credited back , till today i have not received anything from box office.
