Dstv box office

I rented a movie and i couldnt watch it. The mocie did not appear for selection and i already paid for it. I called them and they said they are giving me another movie but that never happand. I paid and could not watch my movie

Bad service. We are paying alot of money for a premium service and yet they dont give it to us rather say we cant help you
