The Box Group

Firstly a double payments was taken from the box and they did not update their system. so after another payment I emailed requesting when I will receive my package as 3 payments have been made. Got that sorted after the 4th payment had been made and yet no package received after the 3rd payment. (email dated 15th October 2015). An ongoing request for my package to be delivered. Again emailed on the 17th Of November where she advised me that I will take a week to 2 weeks and still have not yet received my package. I have cancelled with them as their service is bad. I would like my package as soon as possible as I have paid for that.<br> <br> Really disappointed as this is the first time I have had troubles with them.
