Best service ever from manager Boer and Butcher Cobblewalk
We had a bit of an issue with the meals, and Boer and Butcher's manager phoned me immediately and resolved the issue. We LOVE their food. Best quality in Cape Town!! THANK YOU

Bad service and very unhygienic
I have a huge love for biltong and every now and then I spoil myself and buy my biltong specially at Boer en Butcher. Yesterday I was there and had to stand at the front table for a while before I could be helped. Someone came to help me and was quite quick and with his bare hands he weighed the biltong and put it in the bag. I asked him where his gloves were and that it was a bit unhygienic to which he then very rudely rep**** to me that they don't have gloves and are still waiting for them. It put me off completely and I will now have to drive a little further for my biltong , Joeys just around the corner. I reached out to the company but it looks like they are not really bothered.
