Worst service of my life!

I went into the Body Shop on Sunday with my girlfriend, we noticed you had a special, and comp**** with the special and got items to the value of R300.00 to which we would get a free 150ml tub of cream. However while paying I noticed we didn't get the special and when I asked why not by a very rude Noshile, I was told ? must come ask who is ever on the floor which items are not on special and must read the board\ When I protested why there was no info to what is on sale or not
