Worst customer experience-Mall of Africa

Had the worst customer experience at The body Shop -Mall of Africa . Got there looking to buy some stuff and the ladies there had such bad attitude. Firstly we do don’t see the sanitizer at the door so one of the ladies had so much attitude telling me to sanitize , secondly I was looking for something and they could see I wasn’t finding it not one of them asked to assist instead they confined talking to each other like there was no one in the store . I eventually found what I was looking for but decided not to spent my money in a store where people to acknowledge customers. This is pathetic customer experience which explains why the store is always empty .
