The impact of attitude

My experience with The Body Shop was an excellent example how a positive and helpful attitude can impact on a general sense of goodwill. I could not find a certain product in the Body Butter range - Kim Edwardes reacted to my e mail query immediately and very efficiently. She went so far as to source the specific product and had it couriered to my office. In the end her attitude and positive reaction did more for me than the product itself. Nothing lifts the spirit so much as dealing with a pleasant caring person.
