The Body Shop Waterfront has the worst service

Last weekend I went into the Body Shop at the Waterfront, I really needed a new toner and moisturiser.

In the past, I had really good assistance from other stores like Canal Walk and Garden Centre.

However I went into the Waterfront branch and waited around for 10 minutes while the ladies were busy with other customers and once they were done they all gathered on the other side of the store to chat, none of them offered to help me or my husband.

I am very disappointed in this brand now as I imagine your Waterfront store would be a flagship store.
