The Body Shop Online need to relook at how to service customers offering a 1st world option with 3rd world attitude does not cut it

DON'T BUY ONLINE form these people ... just like everything in South Africa it does not work properly .. maybe its our pass rate that we have idiots employed. and then call centres that actually don't solve anything just adding to the frustration as the person taking the call has just shown up but does not know what to do.. only expertise there is when it comes to taking your money .. there they first class ... but when it comes to delivery and service forget about it ... This company took my money and cannot even confirm they have my order and when it will be delivered ... In my book that is the same as *****ing ...
