The body shop menlyn shopping center

I went to the body shop to buy products but before doing so they had to test the type of skin I have in order to recommend the kind of products I should buy. Nthabiseng Dani refused to test my skin and her reason was its late she's in hurry she won't be able to help and at that time it was 21h50 and the store closes at 22h00 so I'm very disappointed because I thought I would get the help I needed but that lady refused to help me.
