Substandard service

I bought some items at the Bodyshop at the Victoria&Alfred waterfront in CT. The lady dropped the body lotion and wanted to get me another one of the shelf. She then didn’t check and gave me a body wash. I then tried to exchange it at Mall of Africa but the system was offline so I had to go come back. I then exchanged it at Clearwater mall and also bought a handcream. When I opened the packet at home the cream wasn’t in there as the cashier did not put it in the packet. I then emailed the branch and after about 3 emails only I got a phonecall and she said I can come and collect it. I informed her that I stay far and the closest store for me is Mall of the South. She then told me she will speak to the manager and try make an arrangement. I never heard anything from them since and have sent another two emails without any positive outcome. It is not about the money but rather this sequence of bad service which has now made me to decide to never buy anything from Bodyshop again. I love the products and is a regular customer but it seenms that the staff does not fully understand what is expected from them..
