Staff bad attitude

Today around 12: 40 i went to body shop at riverside mall to buy myself body lotion i got what i wanted i then went to the point of sale to oay for my items a white lady ask me if i have a customer card i then reply yes i have card but its lost ive ask the store to replace by card she the started checking the card all of a sudden she ask me my adress i the told her to call her head office n ask for my adress she told me head office wont her yhe adress i felt she was bullying n i then started shouting coz she was giving me attitude as if im her kid i was very angry ive used body shop product for mang years ive never felt so disrespected pls tell ur staff tonyreat us well i dont need to explain myself when i come to the store if u guys are going to harrass me because of some customer card then cancell ur points card i dont need it n stop bad attitude regards a very angry customer
