SMS Opt Out

The Body Shop’s SMSs do not provide any option for consumers to opt out, and when I attempted to solve the issue with them politely and directly, they failed to reply (apart from the automated messages they) and failed to solve the issue, as I was continuing to receive annoying messages that I no longer wished to be subscribed to. My first attempt to reach out to them was on the 18th of August, it is now the 15th of October and nothing has been done.
