Refund from The Body Shop Eastgate

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>It is very unfortunate that i have to come to this platform to vent about the horrible experience my husband has been gettting form The Body Shop Eastgate branch.My husband bought a small tube of moisturiser from this branch and on getting home i noticed that this product has got sea**** in it and both of us are allergic to sea****.I nicely packaged the product back into the little paper bag it came in and asked my husband to please take it back and get a refund of R190 from The Body Shop.He was told that he would receive his money in his account after a fwe days and when this did not happen he went back there nd was told to bring his bank statement which he did and they promised to rectify this.Still no refund came through and he has been wasting fuel following up on this matter and still not joy.Kindly escalate this matter to their management as i need to have this issue resolved ass soon as possible so that i can get my refund back.I can never ever make the mistake of buying from this shop ever agan,i always buy their products but that was the last time.Their lack of customer service is shocking.Your assistance is this matter will be greatly appreaciated.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Victoria</p>
