Poor service at Greenstone branch of Body shop

<p>I visited the body shop at Mall of Africa looking for the Body Butter. They did not have it in stock and phoned Greenstone and spoke to Ma Lerato who told the sales consultant that they had it in stock and we could drive to the store to buy. We went to Greenstone the next day and we were rudely received by Ma Lerato who told us that it was in stock but the Manager had not given permission to sell the butter. despite several pleas and advising the ladies that we were travelling ,they refused to sell to us. this was odd to us as every shop would welcome sales. </p>
