I made arrangements for an urgent birthday gift with Lucesta at the Mimosa Mall Branch. There were issues regarding payment as The Body Shop's Head Office didn't know what an immediate payment was. Lucesta acted in a professional, yet friendly, manner throughout. She was extremely helpful from the start and provided assistance and feedback throughout the process to ensure the gift was ready on time. She even called to confirm all was in order after the sale was completed. Lucesta should be running the company. By far the best service I have ever received by someone employed at The Body Shop.
