Intolerable service by supervisor

<p>On 17th, Thursday. I went in for a bit of shopping and browsing.</p> <p>I then witnessed a harsh confrontation from what was said to be the supervisor or team leader by the name starting with Ma.... I can't recall the name.</p> <p>This was to a lady who was wrapping a gift by the name of Lesego. The lashing out on that you do lady I found unacceptable and she was doing it in an African language.</p> <p>Which then makes me think if that is how so called team leaders treat your sub ordinances.</p> <p>I am completely disgusted by this behaviour and will personally ensure this is taken up and resolved in higher management.</p>
