Employees have no idea what they doing
<br> I saw on the world famous Dr. OZ Website how good Vit C and E is for your skin care when app**** topically.<br> <br> I did some researched and saw The Body Shop have everything I'm looking for and the next day visited Tygervalley branch so I can buy the entire range of the Vit C and E products.<br> <br> On Dr. OZ website he advice buying a skin care product that at least contain 10 % of Vit C for best results, so I asked the consultant what the % is, she told me that she doesn't know she didn't know much except that its good for the skin???<br> <br> On the product it also does not state the %, don't you think as a company that specialize in VIT products that this is a important factor to state and your sales staff to be well informed and trained on products??<br> <br> Very disappointed
Our sales advisor was quite correct in telling you that she didn't know the percentage of the Vitamin C in the products, the UK does not divulge that kind of information and we have asked but I will try again.
I even spoke to the international trainer who is with us from the UK and she doesn't even know, and she also said that it's not the kind of info that they give out.
