Emails and SMS's
I have sent NO to SMS's on numerous occasions and asked to please be removed from emails. The body shop have responded to say they have, yet they clearly do not follow through. I am still getting spam emails and SMS's. Hopefully now they will listen. I will NEVER support the Body Shop again as they clearly do not have the customers interests at hear.
