Disgusting attitude of Karabo at the body shop melrose arch

Such a terrible experience at the body shop melrose arch this afternoon! Karabo gave me a disgusting attitude from the time I walked in. I greeted her so nicely with a smile on my face, asking her if she can please assist me as I got two of the same gifts on my bridal shower so that I could exchange it. She said okay and she checked the value of the gift. When I got to know the value I decided I’d actually rather keep it but I just wanted to check what’s inside once again so I could make a decision. She screamed at me and told me I cannot change individual items as it’s part of the gift. This is NOT the way to treat a regular body shop client and guest. I am so disgusted with her behavior that I will never enter that store again. I told her I don’t like her attitude and her response was: ‘what attitude?’ I then asked for her name and she went silent. Until I read her name tag and it read Karabo. Highly disappointed! She spoilt my entire day.
