Disappointing customer service

I had purchased a perfume from The Body Shop and it smells absolutely amazing but the scent disappears within an hour after using it. I had reached out to the body shop via Instagram, explaining what my problem is and they had told me that they will send the feedback to the relevant department but has still not gotten back to me with feedback. really disappointed in the customer service as well as the product that i had purchased.
