Can't unsubscribe from SPAM

I am getting SPAM emails from The Body Shop regularly. I have clicked unsubscribe many times, but it only unsubscribes for that email, no ALL future emails. I have phoned the customer care line and they said they have unsubscribed me, but I still get these emails. I have never even bought anything at The Body Shop. It is probably because of it being part of the Clicks group.
