Birthday voucher not loaded onto card

My husband visited the body shop in his birthday month but much to his disappointment his birthday voucher was not loaded onto his card. He showed the sales person his ID which proved that it was his birthday month and that the card was in his name. She called customer services who said that there was nothing on the card. I contacted customer services telephonically and spoke to Iqraam as well as via email with Ihlaam. I also discussed the matter with other customer service consultants but unfortunately I did not get their name or a reference number for my call. This matter has not been resolved. The consultants have proved they are useless in dealing with simple problems that can easily be rectified. Shocking.
