Birthday Voucher
<p>I have a loyalty card with the body shop and received a R50 voucher for my birthday on the 22 July via sms which stated take your ID when redeeming. I attempted redeeming first week of August and was advised that the voucher has expired. So why dont you state that on the sms, really silly to give a vouher valid for 8 days, imagine if my birthday was 30 or 31 of the month. I have received several other store voucher which all states valid for a month from the date of issue. I am sure the body shop is not even complying to CPA by doing something like this. What a waste of money and useless loyalty card to have. Save your money and dont bother smsing clients if you cannot even state the obvious.</p>
