BEWARE YOU ARE BEING CHEATED

Sat 2 Jan 2016 I returned a still sealed product of R230 to The Body Shop at Tygerberg Centre. At store I was told by the Assistant Manager Lucille that they cannot pay back what I paid but only the shelf price now (which was on special) I think it was priced R187 or something for the same product I was returning. I was still in my 30 day period of returning.I was told I have to bring back all 3 products I bought as it was \buy 3 cheapest free". I did not want to be refunded just exchange for another product. Told her they are *****ing money from me by doing this. I print out of their policy was stuffed in my face which they claim says that I cannot get the amount back I paid. I am right they are wrong and I would like an apology from this store in writing.The Policy reads: RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY -We will gladly refund or exchange any item to us in a saleable condition and in its original packaging within 30days of purchase"
